Welcome to Storybook Farm Veterinary Hospital. Our professional staff is committed to providing high-quality health care for our patients in a compassionate and nurturing environment. Our goal is to educate owners about their pets’ healthcare needs and to strengthen the bonds between pets and their owners. We pride ourselves on making patient care and customer service our top priorities.

Storybook Farm Veterinary Hospital has served Victor and the surrounding communities since 1960.

Mon./Wed./Fri. 7:30 AM – 6 PM

Tues./Thurs. 7:30 AM – 7 PM

Saturday 7:30 AM – 1 PM

Sunday* 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM

To allow us to serve you better, we request that you schedule an appointment for all services. We respect the value of your time, and our goal is always to see you promptly. We also offer a convenient drop-off service for clients who find it difficult to schedule an appointment. You are encouraged to call our office with any questions about your pets care.

Restraint

For the safety and well-being of both you and your pet, we ask that all pets be on leashes or in carriers when at our facility.

Visiting & Hospital Tours

You are invited to visit our facility during normal business hours. If your pet is hospitalized, you are welcome to visit him/her. Please call ahead so the staff can prepare for your visit. The staff will also arrange a tour of the facility for established and prospective clients.

After Hours Emergencies

In the event, your pet needs emergency care after hours call (585) 924-7740. You will be given instructions to call our Emergency Service. You may be referred to the Animal Emergency Service, 825 White Spruce Blvd. Rochester (585) 424-1277. Follow-up care would then be administered at our hospital.

Prescriptions

For legal and safety reasons, medications can only be prescribed or refilled if a physical exam has been done by our veterinarians within the last 12 months. Please call our office prior to picking up medications so we may have them prepared for you. Medications can be mailed for a minimal fee.

Payment/Fees

To enable us to provide the best possible care for your companion pets, all fees are due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, all major credit cards and Care Credit.
